Sleepless nights. Tears. Worries. Stress. Fears. Yep, I’ve had ’em, and I imagine so have you.

We may wonder…Does anyone care when we struggle?

The answer put simply, is yes. God cares.

When David was seized by the Philistines in Gath, he wrote Psalm 56. He believed God cared. He believed God was with him. He believed God understood.

And God does care. He is with us. He does understand. No tear falls that God is not aware of. We have no pain he does not know about. He is with us, and for us.

Because of that, we can sleep well.
