To The Quiet Place

Lead me back
to the quiet place
where your voice is so clear.
Lead me back
to the quiet place
where your whispers are all I hear.
Lead me back
to the quiet place
where distractions are not found.
Lead me back
to the quiet place
where hope and faith abound.
Lead me back
to the quiet place
where emotions don’t decide.
Lead me back
to the quiet place
where YOUR word, my heart abides.
Lead me back
to the quiet place
where I can rest all my cares.
Lead me back
to the quiet place,
the quiet place of prayer.
