In her book, She Prays, Debbie Lindell offers a 31-day journey to confident conversations with God. Divided into four separate parts, each chapter covers a theme. Understanding. Knowledge. Trust. Power. Following each devotional, there are questions for reflection and space to write responses.
What I liked most about She Prays is the way the author started with the basics about prayer and moved toward deeper understanding all the way to the end of the book.
One thought I especially appreciated was a quote on Day 19 which Debbie expanded on. “Prayer is not a preparation for the battle; it is the battle!” (Leonard Ravenhill)
In response to the quote Debbie said, as believers in Jesus Christ, we are soldiers in the army of God, and Satan and his demons are fighting against us on the other side. That is why praying in God’s name is so powerful–it’s our weapon and our protection against the Enemy.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Revell for a fair and honest review, which is exactly what I gave.
